Transparency All relevant information e.g. pricing and course pre-requisites are readily available to all prospective students for decision-making purpose. Students have access to the information through MMI Web-site, telephone enquiry, e-mail enquiry, marketing materials, etc. Course Consultants are also on hand to dispense any advice if needs be. Accuracy MMI is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company with proper procedures for all staff to follow. All staff are fully accountable for their actions. Also, all printing of marketing materials and publishing of company information through the MMI web-site are tightly secured to ensure authenticity and accuracy. Up-to-date Information All staff are well-informed of the changes in the industry through regular staff briefing, circulars, memos and newsletters. This is to ensure that the staff can provide good customer service. Open Communication Many channels are readily available for student/parent communication. Agreement MMI is using the CASE's Standard Student Contract. Student Tuition Fee Insurance Scheme All international students must take up CASE endorsed Student Tuition Fee Insurance Scheme provided by NTUC Income. Local students are also given the option to take up the insurance scheme. Orientation & Support Every student is given a thorough orientation by the Head of Department/Lecturer and a dedicate Programme Executive is assigned to him/her for further assistance. All students will be given a copy of the Student Rules and Regulations and all parents will be given a copy of the Parent's Handbook. Withdrawal and Refund All withdrawal and refund policies are clearly spelt out in the Student Rules and Regulations, the Parent's Handbook and also the Standard Student Contract and are available on demand. Grievance Procedure Grievance procedures are clearly spelt out in the Student Rules and Regulations, the Parent's Handbook and the Standard Student Contract and are available on demand. Students are given many avenues to address their unhappiness. Confidentiality All student information is kept in strict confidence. |
