TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We reserve the right to accept or reject your application at our discretion. In the event of rejection, all fees paid will be refunded.

2. Courses are non-transferable.

3. Installments are payable on the due dates until the full course fee has been paid. A late payment surcharge will be imposed should the student fail to pay fees on due dates.

4. Failure on the part of the student to adhere to the study programme in no way affects the student's liability to complete full payment of the contracted fees.

5. The centre requires all students to complete and submit all course works, assignments as instructed, attend 80% lectures for each module, and sit for examination. If students fails to attend 80% lecture for each module for what so ever reasons (e.g. medical certificates,), the student would have been deemed not to have completed the course.

6. Students on grants (SDF/SRP) must fulfil the required attendance failing which students/company (for company sponsored applicant) are required to pay the subsidised amount to Modern Montessori Training Centre.

7. Students are required to complete the required teaching practice hours as stipulated by each course. Such practicum can only be completed during the regular hours of the pre-school centres (Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm). In an event where the student fails to complete the practicum, no Certificate/Diploma will be issued.

8. No Certificate or Diploma will be awarded in respect of incomplete course work and/or non-payment/ partial payment of fees.

9. The centre reserves the right to require a student to terminate a course at any time if the student does not fulfil the course requirements. In such a case, no refund is made.

10. All information and course materials are strictly confidential and under no circumstances students will allow any party to have access to them.
