TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We reserve the right to accept or reject your application at our discretion. In the event of rejection, all fees paid will be refunded.

2. Courses are non-transferable.

3. Installments are payable on the due dates until the full course fee has been paid. A late payment surcharge will be imposed should the student fail to pay fees on the due dates.

4. Failure on the part of the student to adhere to the study programme in no way affects the student's liability to complete full payment of the contracted fees.

5. The centre requires all students to complete and submit all course works, assignments as instructed, attend 90% lectures for each module, attend workshops as specified and sit for examination.

6. No Diploma will be awarded in respect of incomplete course work.and/or non-payment / partial payment of fees.

7. The centre reserves the right to require a student to terminate a course at any time if the student does not fulfill the course requirements. In such a case, no refund is made.

8. All information and course material are strictly confidential and under no circumstances I will allow any party to have access to them.
